Delivery Policy

• We aim to process and ship your order within 24 hours after receiving your payment.
• Orders are delivered via Royal mail & DPD.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected, typically taking 3-5days.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Refund Policy

• You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will not refund any opened items.

  If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Additional Notes

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
